He has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, 12 Years experience in industrial maintenance and reliability, extensive experience with predictive & preventive maintenance, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), lean manufacturing, RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). He is very knowledgeable in O&M strategies for many industrial sectors including Paper, Power, Chemical, Automotive and other continuous and discrete process manufacturing environments.
